We were certainly up to the challenge when the owners of the “Scillonian” asked us to advise on a new licence for their vessel.
The new alcohol licensing laws meant that for the first time, the ship would need an alcohol licence to serve drinks on board.
After consultation with the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, we obtained a wide-ranging and flexible "premises" licence from the Council of the Isles of Scilly, which should serve the ship for many years to come.
