The Premises Licence for The Old Court House pub in Chulmleigh was placed under threat when three Interested Parties (local residents) called for its review because, they said, the CCTV and crime prevention lighting systems were inappropriate. GE Licensing Solutions acted for the licence holder and, ultimately, appeared at a contested hearing in Barnstaple. Having considered the evidence that had been presented to them, the Licensing Sub-Committee found in favour of the premises and ruled that no action need be taken in relation to the licence.
